Bullitt
http://www.artofthetitle.com/2008/04/04/bullitt/
This is a link (which for reasons beyond my control you may need to copy and paste) to the opening title sequence of Bullitt, a film of the same genre we intend to produce.
Not surprisingly, there isn't a great difference between the opening of Bullitt and The Taking of Pelham 123. If I had to pick out a difference it would be that, in The Taking of Pelham 123, the credits are over the top of a scene from outside, where as in Bullitt the titles are over the top of a scene from insider. Apart from this, they both get the credits in straight away to non-diegetic music before focusing on a conversation between two characters from the film.
